The 12-month Employee Health Roadmap

Plan employee health with purpose, not one awareness day at a time.

A clinically grounded 12-month workplace health programme for organisations that want more than disconnected health events.

The 12-Month Employee Health Roadmap gives HR, People, Wellbeing and Benefits teams a ready-made framework for delivering relevant, engaging employee health education throughout the year. Four expert-led quarterly sessions connect employee health needs with practical organisational priorities:

The programme provides the structure you need to plan ahead while remaining flexible enough to reflect your workforce, internal campaigns and business calendar.

Is your health & wellbeing calendar busy, but still disconnected?

Many organisations invest in employee wellbeing, yet the activity can become reactive:

  • A webinar is booked because an awareness date is approaching.
  • Topics are selected individually, without a wider strategy.
  • HR teams repeatedly start from a blank page.
  • Employees receive useful information, but there is little continuity between sessions.
  • Success is judged mainly by attendance rather than engagement, learning or practical action.
  • Important workforce needs compete for limited budget and calendar space.

The result can be a collection of worthwhile events that never quite becomes a coherent employee-health programme.

The 12-Month Employee Health Roadmap replaces isolated activity with a clear, flexible sequence of quarterly themes.

A ready-made framework, tailored to your people

The Roadmap includes four quarterly health themes, each selected to address common pressures affecting modern workforces. Every session is written and delivered by Anjanette Fraser, MSc Nutritional Medicine, translating complex health science into accessible, practical guidance employees can use in everyday life. The programme is designed to help employers create continuity without losing flexibility.

You can:

  • Follow the recommended 4 quarter structure
  • Adapt the emphasis to suit your workplace
  • Replace selected themes with alternative sessions
  • Align delivery with internal campaign and employee networks
  • Begin work in January, April, September or another suitable point
  • Deliver sessions live online or in person

What makes this programme different?

Clinically grounded

The sessions are developed and delivered by Anjanette Fraser, who holds an MSc in Nutritional Medicine.

Content is based on current health and nutrition medicine principles, translated into cleat, appropriate guidance for workplace audiences.

Practical, not passive

Employees receive realistic actions they can use immediately.

Sessions are designed to make complex health topics understandable without oversimplifying them.

Flexible by design

Your organisation is not locked into four subjects.

Core themes can be captured or exchanged for topics from the wider Workplace Health Session Library. The Roadmap already includes alternatives such as women’s health. men’s health, neurodiversity, healthy heart, diabetes, shift work and healthy eating for less.

Connected to organisational priorities

Each quarterly theme can be linked to a workforce concern, such as fatigue, stress, long-term health or life-stage support.

The programme does not claim that a webinar alone will solve absence or retention. It provides credible education that supports a broader organisational health & wellbeing strategy.

Interactive and human

Live polls, Q&A and anonymous feedback help employees participate safely and make the content relevant to their own lives.

Simple to deliver across your workforce

  • 60-minute live webinar or in-person seminar
  • approximately 45 minutes of expert content
  • 15 minutes for live Q&A
  • interactive polls
  • anonymous feedback
  • delivery through your preferred online platform
  • recording permission for internal on-demand access
  • post-session satisfaction feedback

Evidence from established workplace programmes

The 12-Month Employee Health Roadmap is a new packaged programme and has not yet been delivered in this exact fourquarter format. It is built from subjects, delivery methods and approaches already used successfully with recognised organisations.
