What is it?
“Nourishing Neurodiversity” is an interactive, science-led learning experience building awareness of how nutrition can support neurodiverse challenges such as brain fog, interoception, and nutrients that may be missing from a restricted diet.

- Managing executive dysfunction: practical hacks for “decision fatigue” around food, and strategies if you forget to eat or feel overwhelmed by meal prep.
- Brain-fueling nutrients: a breakdown of essential fats (Omega-3s), proteins, and micronutrients (Zinc, Magnesium, B-vitamins) that support the neurodivergent brain.
- Sensory-friendly nutrition: How to manage food aversions, sensitivities to textures, and restricted diets without sacrificing health.

Why neurodiversity matters in the workplace
- Neurodivergent people often bring fresh perspectives and problem-solving styles that are critical for innovation.
- Improved nutrition can boost workplace productivity by addressing energy and focus.
- Employees who feel their unique cognitive needs are supported through flexible wellness benefits are more likely to stay engaged and loyal.
- By supporting emotional regulation and reducing sensory stress through diet, companies can lower the rates of employees working while overwhelmed or unwell.
