60 minutes (45min + 15min Q&A)
How is it hosted?
This session can be delivered either:
- In-person (at your office or chosen venue)
- Online as a live talk
It is highly interactive in both formats, using Slido to engage participants throughout.

- Essential nutrients during menopause
- Nutrition for bone, heart health, and memory
- The Oestrogen-Insulin Link: How shifting hormones affect blood sugar and how to eat to prevent the “mid-section spread” and energy crashes.
- Brain Health & Mood: Using Omega-3s, Magnesium, and B-vitamins to combat “brain fog,” anxiety, and sleep disturbances.
- Specific foods to manage symptoms
- Weight management and body composition
- Changes to gut health during menopause
What attendees will gain
- Confidence in choices: a clear understanding of protein
- Energy restoration: practical meal strategies to eliminate the 3 p.m. slump and improve sleep quality.
- Symptom management: food-first interventions to lessen the impact of physical and emotional symptoms.
Ideal for
- Forward-thinking workplaces: organisations aiming to retain senior female talent and close the gender pay gap.
- Women’s network groups: providing a safe, educational space for staff to discuss health challenges.
- HR & wellbeing leads: looking to meet Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) goals regarding age and gender.
Why managing perimenopause matters in the workplace
- Retaining top talent: women in the perimenopause age bracket (typically 40–55) are often at the peak of their careers. Without support, 1 in 10 women leave the workforce due to symptoms.
- Reducing absenteeism: proactive nutritional support can significantly reduce the severity of symptoms that lead to time off or reduced productivity.
- Inclusion: normalising these conversations fosters a culture of psychological safety, making the workplace more inclusive for all life stages.
- Financial impact: replacing a senior-level employee is significantly more expensive than providing the wellness education required to help them thrive during this transition.
