Learning Outcomes
This interactive and evidence-based webinar supports workplace wellbeing by addressing three key pillars of men’s health: heart health, mental wellbeing, and prostate awareness. It combines practical insights with actionable strategies to help employees recognise early warning signs and make healthier lifestyle choices. The session encourages open conversation, reduces stigma around men’s health issues, and empowers participants to take a proactive approach to their overall wellbeing, both at work and beyond.
What’s included:
- What happens when testosterone is low
- Nutrients that support cardiovascular health.
- How to improve heart health
- Prostate health
- Mental health
- Mid-life male check-list
What attendees will gain
- Hormonal clarity: a clear understanding of how to spot the signs of low testosterone and the specific foods (like zinc-rich proteins and healthy fats) that help maintain natural levels.
- A “strong heart” strategy: practical knowledge of which nutrients, such as Omega-3s and soluble fibers, directly lower cholesterol and protect cardiovascular function.
- Proactive prostate care: insights into the role of antioxidants and specific minerals in reducing long-term prostate risks, turning “scary” health topics into manageable daily habits.
- Mental resilience: nutrition-based tools to stabilise mood, improve sleep quality.
- The mid-life roadmap: a simplified, actionable checklist of the exact tests, nutrients, and lifestyle markers they should be monitoring to ensure they stay “high-performance” well into their 50s and 60s.
Ideal for
- All workplaces
- Male-dominated industries: engineering, construction, logistics, and manufacturing where health conversations are often overlooked.
Why men’s health matters in the workplace
- Preventing crisis: early nutritional intervention can prevent long-term absences related to heart disease or mental health struggles.
- Boosting engagement: men who feel physically capable and mentally sharp are more productive and less prone to “presenteeism.”
- Safety & focus: in physical or high-stakes roles, nutritional deficiencies can lead to fatigue and costly lapses in judgment.
- Cultural shift: normalising health discussions helps break down stigmas, creating a more open and supportive team environment for everyone.
