How does the online booking tool work?
We email you a link which is used by employees to click on and book their own appointment time, thereby removing the admin hassle for you of taking individual bookings.
Can I login to the online booking tool to see who has booked appointments?
The administrator of the booking tool (ourselves) are the only people who can see individual names who have booked the appointments, but we can share the names with you if requested. Clicking on the booking tool link identifies how many appointments are still available.
Do I have to fast before health screening appointments?
We request minimum three hours nil by mouth (water is OK) prior to appointments. If food/liquid is consumed the appointment will still proceed but the results may not be as accurate.
Is there a limit on audience numbers?
We don’t limit audience numbers, so can include multiple sites and countries if we are facilitating a webinar.
Can we have more than one topic per seminar?
Can you do seminars in 30mins?
Yes, we can bespoke all seminars to meet time requirements.
Do we need to provide a projector?
If a projector could be available onsite. Our health professionals will bring their laptop and back up material on memory stick, unfortunately we do not have projectors.
Can we record the webinar?
We request the webinars are not recorded to ensure the content is up to date and current.
Can you discount the seminars if we have more than one per day?
Yes, we can on request discount multiple same day seminars.
Can you discount the health screening if we are a charity?
Yes, on request we will offer a discount to clients who are charitable organisations.
Do you charge VAT?
No, we are not VAT registered.
Is the pricing on the website the total price?
Yes, the pricing is the total price. There is no additional travel, accommodation etc…
