A PricewaterhouseCoopers report found a positive link between workplace wellness programmes and improved business key performance indicators. The Feel Great Programme

In response to this data and to help your organisation be a great place to work we have designed an annual health & wellbeing (H&W) programme which addresses the main causes of employee absenteeism and presenteeism; mental health, nutrition, musculoskeletal , sleep, and exercise.

Our programme is ideal for HR professionals/OH Advisers/ Health & Safety experts who do not have the time to research, the head space to get creative, patience to interview potential suiters, and capacity to gather pricing - it’s a lot of hard work for a team who are already stretched.

Mental health

Nearly a third of CIPD 2016 Absence Report respondents identified an increase in stress related absence in the past year. Stress is more common where long working hours are considered normal.

MIND is a mental health charity providing advice and support to empower anyone experiencing a mental health problem. MIND offers workplace training to develop mentally healthy offices, applied suicide intervention skills, Mental Health First Aid and bespoke training sessions.

Minor injuries accounted for 95% of absence in 2016. Improving employee health through knowledge of nutrition, reducing the incidence and duration of colds, flu, stomach upsets, headaches, migraines. Many organisations are addressing these with 34% of respondents on the CIPD 2016 Absence Report offered advice on healthy eating.

Our seminars/webinars are 45min-1hour and available to an unlimited audience. We have over 20 seminar topics available on all aspects of health & wellbeing.

44% of respondents on the CIPD 2016 Absence Report identified musculoskeletal injuries (excluding back pain) as a cause of short term absence.

While spending a lot of time sat at a desk might be unavoidable for many in the workplace, access to a good therapist who can relieve strained and tired muscles and give advice on posture will not only reduce the risk of injury but also boost energy levels. As specialists in office wellbeing and corporate massage, we’ve got a lot of ‘hands-on’ experience.

One third of our lives are spent trying to sleep. Most us have disturbed, restless nights and rely on a cocktail of caffeine and sugar to drag us through the day.
