Learning Outcomes
What is it?
“Brain Food” is an interactive, science-led learning experience building awareness of how nutrition can support mental health. This session dives into the powerful connection between what we eat and how we feel. Led by a qualified nutritionist, we move beyond “calorie counting” to explore how specific nutrients act as the building blocks for neurotransmitters like serotonin and dopamine, directly impacting mood, focus, and resilience.
How long is it?
