Here’s our marvellous mocktail recipes for when you’re the nominated driver, you’re on a health-kick, the kids want to join in, or perhaps you’re pregnant – here’s some mocktail suggestions. There’s certainly at least one for everyone!

Mint & strawberry Mojito

  • 500 mL of coconut water
  • 500 mL sparkling water
  • handful sliced strawberries
  • 1-inch piece sliced ginger
  • 1-2 sprigs of fresh rosemary

Method – combine ingredients and serve.

Digestive Delight

If you’re digestive system is feeling a little uncomfortable lemon and ginger are quite good to aid digestion

  • 1 lemon, skin removed
  • 1 orange, skin removed
  • 1 pink grapefruit, skin removed
  • 1-inch of fresh ginger finely grated
  • Handful of mint

Method – juice all ingredients and combine.

Healthy Lemonade

  • 6 cups water
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 cup fresh lemon juice (approx. 6-8 lemons)
  • ½ – 1 cup kefir

Method – Squeeze lemons. Dissolve honey in the warmed water. Add kefir and lemon juice to honey water. Seal ingredients and allow to ferment for 1-7 days (the longer the fizzier and more sour).

Tangy pick-me-up

  • 2 oranges
  • 1 lime
  • 3 cm  piece grated fresh ginger
  • 3 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tbsp coconut sugar (optional)
  • 1 bottle chilled sparkling mineral water

Method – combine all ingredients

Berry Blast

  • ½ cup lemon juice
  • ⅓ cup filtered water
  • 1 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 1 cup frozen berries
  • 1 lime, sliced
  • 1 bottle chilled sparkling mineral water

Method – add berries and lime to glasses and top up with mix of the remaining ingredients.
