Some people call themselves health professionals after a weekend course. We protect our service and brand by guaranteeing our health professionals have a nutrition degree (not a weekend course) as a minumum qualification, are registered with the professional association (www.bant.org.uk), and the UK regulator (www.cnhc.org.uk).
The CNHC (the UK regulator) was set up with government support to protect the public by providing a UK voluntary register. The CNHC register has been approved as an Accredited Register by the Professional Standards Authority for Health and Social Care.
There are over 2,000 qualified Nutritional Therapists in the UK who are registered with BANT and CNHC, yet we only select those who have a scientific and corporate background and to whom we trust to maintain our professionalism and integrity.
We want to make healthcare more accessible by bringing qualified health care professionals into the workplace. This is convenient and cost-effective for both employee and employer.
