Increasing the amount of nuts & seeds can help you lose weight
A 20 year study of 120,000 people in the US has revealed that larger portions of fibre (fruit, veg, nuts, seeds, yogurt) will help you to lose weight. High fibre foods make you feel fuller for longer and therefore you are less likely to think about eating processed foods.
