Are you getting enough Vitamin D?

1 in 6 people are deficient in #vitaminD

We all like a bit of sunshine - particularly today when its dull and raining! Sunshine is one of the best forms of Vit D - ideally face and arms exposed to the sun for 20mins each day either side of the hottest hours. In Winter months, we need even more than 20mins, so a great source of Vit D can also be found in food; eggs, oily fish, and if you're not keen on either of these a supplement with 400IU per day is recommended.
